I ate a cheesy Gordita taco, which was the only thing I had eaten that day, and now I’ve been dealing with vomiting, cramps, diarrhea, stomach cramps, sudden stomach pains, hot flashes, and just terrible dizziness. Do not go to that Taco Bell unless you want to contract a stomach virus!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Had a good helping of spinach and blue berries for lunch. nausea started within 30 minutes. Followed by lots of vomiting of blue berries and spinach chunks, until there was nothing left to come up. Then diaheria followed, for hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
