I've been looking for someone to help me coz it happened night time and Ive been calling fda and its closed. I hope an action could be done as this not to happen anymore.
Now, my mouth is burning and feeling a little nauseous and disoriented. Now I could feel the upper part of my throat tightening  | Symptoms: Nausea

Purchased a beef plate at this location around 11:47 pm, food was not fresh. I consumed it 10 mins later when i got home. At approximately 4: 00 am experienced nausea and vomitting followed by stomache cramps, diarrhea and sweats. This continued the entire day after consuming.… See more
