Three hours after eating the shrimp poor boy, nothing stays down or in, and I do mean nothing, not even crackers or dry toast. It is 19 hours later and no change. At 24 (MayoClinic.com recommendation) I'm heading to the ER and calling an attorney.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered two veggie tacos around 5pm. Ate them around 530pm when I got home. Went to bed at 10pm and woke up at midnight. Nausea vomiting intense abdominal pains all night and until 15hrs later.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
