My husband last night ordered 2 taco supreme and bean and cheese burrito. After 2 hours he was vomiting all night until 10:00 am the next day he has been in bed all day. Thanks Taco Bell  | Symptoms: Vomiting

This is the second time I had food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. I have eaten there many times and had no problem. Monday 6 pm 11/26/18 ate Red Robin Manteca CA. Lettuce wrap burger. Vomiting midnight then diarrhea. Went to E R 4 pm Tues. Admitted for two days. 103 fever, diarrhea uncontrollable. Organism Shigella. Antibiotics IV. Severe dehydration. 7 days of oral antibiotics after discharge. Recovering  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
