Had the skinless chicken breast meal. Ate at around 9pm. All tasted fine, but was woken up in the night at about 1am from stomach cramps and nausea and then the vomiting started. It’s now 7am and I’m still struggling with the nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Are Chile Relleno Burrito with beans and rice and red chunky salsa around 2pm Friday. Loss of appetite later in evening. Began with stomach cramps around 5am. Nausea but stomach empty so dry heaving between 10am and 2pm Saturday with sweats and chills and very cloudy head.… See more

I ate a veggie burrito and spicy chicken and both did not taste fresh. Some of the chicken had a greyish/brown color. I was up all night with severe stomach pain and went to the bathroom over 10 times also i vomited once. Pain did not subside till the morning. I'm not sure if it was Double double burger from In-N-Out in Encinitas or it could have been a McDouble from McDonald's at Nobel and Genesee, UTC.
