Ate from salad bar at 7:30pm on Thursday, march 16th and began vomiting at 11pm that night. It was the only food I had that afternoon. I ate mushrooms, butter bean salad, garbanzo bean salad and spinach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers with corn and fries. I ate with 3 people. Only I had the chicken crispers. Later that morning at 4am I was violently ill. I went to the ER and they confirmed it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate an egg salad sandwich (took to go) on 2/18 at around 2pm. By 7pm I was sick beyond belief. It didn't subside until close to 1am when I had no sandwich left in me. I otherwise only ate a granola bar, so I'm certain the sandwich was to blame.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
