Opened my sandwich to immediately see pieces of insect casing. I’ve never had issues from this specific location so I’m hoping it’s a one off accident. Just wanted to make people aware. I did NOT ingest any of it.

Obtained package of hot pockets on Saturday Aug 23, 2025. Had One last night and had stomach pain, chills, fever, and nausea. Had one today and experienced same symptoms. Wife had two this afternoon and is now vomiting and has diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Vomiting, Chills

Purchased family size stouffer’s meat lasagna last night, put it in the freezer when I got home, and then cooked it a couple hours later via “micro-bake.” Two of us were fine, but one of us had uncontrollable diarrhea within an hour or two of eating it… See more

I ate their Double Stack breakfast sandwich at 8:30 AM on 7/2/2025 and by 10:30 started with stomach pain and by 11:30 vomiting and diarrhea. Had low grade fever and stomach pain.
