#5 combo - Nacho BellGrande and a beef taco with a Baja Blast. Got food around midnight and threw up about 4 times, as soon as I woke up today. Stomach cramps, nausea, horrible headache, diarrhea, flatulence, thirst and lethargy. On 8/9/20 around 4PM. My husband and I both ate a Whopper with Cheese. I was the only one that had onion rings. After a couple of hours I started feeling extremely nauseated, bloated and had horrible diarrhea. Up all night in extreme pain.
