01/02/2022, 01/04/2022, GV Columbian Roast Coffee K-cups 01/01 had breakfast with coffee, in half hour became violently ill for many hours. Only soup 01/02. 02/03, had different food for breakfast and coffee, half hour later, violently ill for many hours. 02/04, breakfast, no coffee, no symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
