I ate an Oikos yogurt, after an hour I had a stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting, chills, dizziness and headache. I only ate 2 times that day. I eat ramen which obviously does nothing and the Chinese food at night time. At like 7 early next morning my stomach felt toxic and really bad not just hurting to use the toliet.
