We had eatten their for my husband's birthday dinner. The food was filling so I are my taco salad bowl the next day. 2 hours later I had bad cramps and direaha.
The salad was head lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

I drank a small vanilla milk shake at around 1 pm today 11/21/2020. I had not eaten anything but tea this day. Within 10 -15 min I experienced extreme stomach pain. By 30-40 min. I could not make in home and had to stop on the side… See more

I stopped at the on hwy 29 i ordered a no. 1 egg mcmuffin meal later that day i was burping and its tasted like sulphur or rotten eggs later that night i got really sick and threw up and had a bad case of diarrhea. The next morning im still feeling sick and my diarrhea is still consistent  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping

On Nov. 14 2020 Had the Buffalo bacon burger around 4.... nothing else to eat that day... I been sick for 2 days none stop
Went to doc. was rides tor covid and flu... negative. Treated as food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
