We ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets for my son. Within a few hours we were both with a headache nausea vomiting and about 24 hours later we are still very sick. We haven’t been able to keep much down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Headache

Had this for dinner last night abs was fine, but woke up this morning feeling nauseous, had pretty severe diarrhea, vomited up the peptobisnal and later water I had been drinking.
