Within 2 hours after consuming this, I became ill with nausea, vomiting, fever, and the chills. We were traveling to Wis. to visit family and questioned turning around. The symptoms lasted roughly 16 hours. I will never eat at that McDonald's again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

i spent the night with a friend at the mall. i ordered a big mac and chicken nuggets with the mcpick 2 for $5. hours later im neauseous and throwing up the big mac sauce everywhere and my throat burns. i have the worst headache and i just want to cry  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
