I went to Panera on 1/8/2018. I ordered the pick 2 in which I had the Mac n cheese and the ham n Swiss sandwich. For the past two days I’ve been in and out of the bathroom with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

About an hour after consuming my steak burrito bowl I started to have extreme nausea and diarrhea. I couldn't fight the nausea anymore and I began to vomit for hours. I had no energy and worked up a fever. My emesis was a bright green color which made me concerned.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We visited Texas Roadhouse in East Peoria, IL on Sunday Jan 29th 2017 at about 1:00 PM. Both my husband and my son ate the 8.99 special with Steak, Baked Potato, and French Fries. We ordered a Blooming Onion for an appetizer they both ate that too.… See more
