Busy day, it was the ONLY thing I ate that day.

4:45PM I ordered a Wopper, I was in a hurry so I ate it fast. It did seem kind of "off".

7:30PM started feeling quite nauseous, stomach was very uncomfortable.

We had it for lunch at around 12:30 PM. A few hours after eating the Teriyaki and Broccoli Chicken Bowl, I had diarrhea and then became nauseous and had a stomachache in the evening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I purchased a Mexican pizza from this location on October 12, 2017 at about 12:30 pm. A few hours later I had several diarrhea fits which subsided later in the evening. The only explanation is the food from taco bell was tainted because that was all I ate that day besides a banana and coffee.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
