I got sick after consuming Diet Coke. I had about 10 oz and felt nauseous right away. My stomach got upset and hurt and I had really bad diarrhea. I am feeling really sick still. I purchased the 20 oz bottle of Diet Coke at our local store  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Saturday morning 12:30 my husband picked up some. He ate the Hamburgers and I had the 5 Mozzarella sticks and the three Bacon cheeseburgers. At 2am I felt Nauseated and when I laid down to sleep everything was coming back up!
