I ordered a black Angus sandwhich with a side of Mac n cheese for dine in. I was unpleasantly surprised by how it made me feel. I felt like I ate something bad mere moments after I had consumed my sandwhich. I felt bad stomach cramps. Then progressing to a headache then eventually vomiting.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
