2 hours after eating I got the runs. A hour after that I threw up the salad. I went home and was in bed for 12 hours with the runs and throwing up and a upset stomach. this is day 3. Better but stomach aches.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate a salad at McDonald's on Larkin Ave in Elgin ILL 60124 and.been sick with diarrhea, I can't work on roof I have to be close to toilet, I ate salad it tasted fine, on 12th of July today 7/18/18 I spoke with manager about it. It was a little embarrassing. I hope this goes away on its own?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate at the restaurant on 7/15 and had the Pollo Azteca. I started feeling funny the day after. Now I have non-stop diarrhea with severe abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. I got sick starting in May/June. Had food poisoning and stomach virus. I ate chicken salads, fries, fish, and quater pounder over this period of time. Wasn’t sure where I got the illness until all the reports came in on stomach bugs. It was awful!

Around May 25th , got very very sick, went to doctor . My test came back positive for food poisoning.
Has anyone esle reported getting sick from the McDonald's in Palos Heights?

I went to panda for my lunch break at work around 3:05 pm. I got a bowl of chow mien and orange chicken. The orange chicken tasted a bit funny. 2 hours later I got a really bad pain in my stomach, nausea, diarrhea and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
