Ordered a pizza (deburgo) & ate it around 8:30pm. In the middle of the night I had back stomach cramping. At 5 am I stood up to go to the bathroom & vomited uncontrollably. My friend and I both ate white rice, teriyaki chicken and shrimp. We both got diarrhea and vomiting, the only item we both ate that was the same was the white rice so we believe it was from that, symptoms started about 6 hours later.
