Got a pizza and crazy bread sticks last night. Woke up this morning to having diarrhea and extreme nausea. I have an ED as well so I already experience these things normally but it got so much worse this morning. Had nothing else yesterday, had to be the pizza.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
