I made orange chicken and have been experiencing diarrhea for the past 21 hours, in 3 hour intervals. I’ve had a hard time staying hydrated since liquids just keep passing through me (been taking very very small sips but it still upsets my insides). Had Southwest BLT sandwich several hours later vomiting that lasted all night with fever for a day. Also had extreme fatigue. Cant be certain if stomach virus or food poisoning but just ate there before this happened.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
