My husband ate an oven roasted chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato cucumber and pepper jack cheese and honey mustard. I also ate with him but I got a salad. The only thing different he had was the chicken tomatoes and cucumbers. Symptoms started 4 hours laterz  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
