Last night, Spicy chicken nuggets. Ate a five piece spicy chicken nugget on my way home from work which is about a 30 to 45 minutes drive by time I got home I vomited, went to sleep woke up today and got sick again and still feel very nauseated and having diarrhea and cannot keep much down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I prepared the beef Flautas for my husband and I (yes I wash all items and prepare with safety) and within 3 hours we are both vomiting and have horrible stomach pains for days. I had to go to the hospital to get iv fluids. It happened on January 20th 2022.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
