I had Doordarsh delivery from there at 4:14pm. Within 1 hour The stomach pains started to the point where I couldn't sit up. From there I couldn't control vomiting. It lasted 3 hours. Worst case ever. Not cool. Ordered French dip combo...  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Today, 10 Nov 21., Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp carbonara at this restaurant. Ate the meal, including the salad, around 1600. At 1715, stomach started to gurgle and I became bloated with gas. I was the only one to become ill my husband ordered and ate a different meal.  | Symptoms: Gas, Diarrhea, Bloating

Today , Chili on taco salad Chili seemed there was way too many red beans in it almost like they added it to the bowl to fill it up.  Within 10 minutes my stomach was killing me and have had diarrhea for about 9 hours which it has turned into blood  If it’s not better I’m going to the ER  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool

11/9/2021, Possibly Slim-Fast shake 1 hour after drinking it nausea started. Vomiting occasionally started several hours later. And again this morning.
