I had ordered a 4 for 4, junior bacon cheeseburger meal. I was not able to finish the burger because of how dry it was. A day After throwing it away, i started vomiting uncontrollably. Now I'm experiencing flu like symptoms.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and ate it around 2pm. I only ate half. Didn’t eat for the rest of the night but woke up feeling gravely sick. Very nauseous and weak. It’s been 3 days and I’m just now improving. A coworker ate the tuna and she got sick as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Weakness

Had two spicy chicken sandwiches around 12. The chicken inside the second sandwich appeared to be raw. I started experiencing stomach cramps around 3 oclock and have had diarhea since then through now which is 8:30. My stomach is still in knots. I do not plan to ever eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Had the quarter pounder with real beef at wixom in grand river Michigan, McDonald’s.
after a couple hours I started vomiting and diarrhea. Worst feeling to get food poisoning

Went to steak n shake for dinner at around 4 PM with my boyfriend, I ordered the original double and cheese steak burger with everything except onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. Started feeling sick about a half hour after eating, got diarrhea, within 2 hours I was vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
