Consumed crab rangoon, spring roll, sesame chicken, and chicken fried rice at 6:15 pm on 2/12/16. Woke up with extreme nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea at approximately 5 am 2/13. Extreme conditions lasted until 1 pm 2/13, nausea and mild diarrhea is still going and its 2:37 am 2/14.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice chicken cheese mild sauce sour cream and a bag of chips on 02/12/16 @ 4:15pm at it when I got to work at 5 by 7 I was vomiting several times and runny diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a bean burrito with sour cream and a chicken burrito. I got the food to go just after 10 pm February 10th 2016. Started with cramp an hour and a half later and started throwing up about 3 hours later. Was in the bathroom most of the night and threw up again this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

On Thursday Feb. 4th for lunch I ate a Burrito bowl with only chicken, avocado and salsa. The diarrhea started Saturday night and continues till now, Tuesday Feb 9th. My colleague from work who ate with me also had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
