Vanilla shake Slim Fast in plastic bottle. Drank half on the way to work, started having stomach pain within 30 minutes. Pain worsened progressively and felt nauseous. At 8:30pm Monday night. Ordered a burrito. Rice, black beans,chicken, corn salsa, light red salsa, green salsa, shredded cheese and lettuce.
