Sunday night 7-17-16. Ate chicken burrito bowl w/ brown rice, black beans, pico, lettuce, corn, sour cream and a side of quack mole w/ chips. Bad vomiting and diarrhea starting at 2am going thru 5am. Nausea all morning still.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
