I had eaten there earlier in the day. Had one left over soft taco. Ate it around 11 or so. And by 11:45 I was violently puking in excess of 20 times. With diarrhea. Moments of blacking out and extreme fatigue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue

I ate their fried mushrooms and got extremely sick. I puked and had diarrhea from 6:30 pm - 2:30 am. I’m positive the mushrooms have me food poisoning.
