I had spinach artichoke dip, steak, grilled shrimp, mushrooms, onions, mashed potatoes, & broccoli.
My partner also ate grilled shrimp and broccoli and had no issues.
I had severe nausea and an intense vomiting fit that lasted about 6 hours, starting roughly 6 hours after I finished eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle about 9ish hours later I've been sick throwing up with horrible stomach pains. The bowl had chicken, brisket, rice bean etc. Employees were on cellphones, didn't wash hands after showing eachother things on the device and went back to cooking and preparing food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Yesterday I think it was a Baskin Robbins milkshake, caramel turtle truffle I started having symptoms a couple hours after drinking it - nausea, stomach pain/cramping, then vomiting, and later diarrhea.
