I’ve had a steak and cheese sandwich twice in the last week because it’s the nearest lunch to my job I’ve had unbelievable diarrhea nonstop nausea and horrible gas my stomach feels empty but heavy it’s most definitely food poisoning i’ve been sick for five days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
