We ate a cheese quesadilla and a bowl with white rice, black beans, carnitas, cheese and corn salsa for dinner last night 10/3. Symptoms started around 4 am for two people.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought Cilantro from Baker Farm # 4889 at Wegmans McKinley store on 5/31/18. Served quinoa with cilantro at a party on 6/2/18. Three people who ate it had symptoms of GI distress including vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and bloated stomach with severe headache within 24 to 48 hours. ADD 2 more  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating

Ate 10 piece chicken nugget last night around 6:00pm. Shortly after I got the chills, fever, diarhia, stomach pains, dizziness, and vomiting. It’s not 12:00pm the following day and I’m still in pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
