Ordered this for lunch Jan 31st around 1pm. Romaine lettuce, chicken, sour cream and the hot sauce. by 10pm my entire stomach felt to be on fire and by midnight i had intense diarrhea and vomiting. Still do not feel ok  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
