I had a McDonald's cheese burger before I went to work. About 3 hours into my shift I had horrible stomach pains and I actually ended up p**ping my pants at work. This was the only thing I ate today and a coke from them as well. It's been hours of this now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Tuna club and french onion soup...is what I ordered. ..I ate 2 hours ago now I'm in severe abdomen pain with diarrhea currently as I post this...no issues until after I ate. Never again! !  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
