Went out around 11 pm at night to grab some food got the chalupa supreme combo ate it fine and the next morning is when hell broke loose always nauseous can’t hold down food or liquid massive diarrhea that hasn’t stopped  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

consumed the sand which to notice that something was strange tasting with the burger but continue to eat it since I was hungry and was gonna head back to bed. After waking up in the morning to shower, and my stomach started to hurt really bad and churn. At that point I tried drinking water, and it done nothing. I took some pepto bismal, and it seemed to help as I was crapping my brains out minutes later, and still sitting on it as I’m typing this! Be aware that their is only one person working at this location after 11pm, so don’t be surprised if they cut corners to get your food out. Pretty sure I have food poisoning. Thanks Wendy’s, wanted to enjoy myself before I went on my field op, but I guess I’ll spend that feeling better!
