I also had chills., I had a salad with double chicken and cheese around 3 pm. Shortly after, I had a bad stomachache with gas. Around 7 pm, I became very ill. It started with diarrhea followed by vomiting. I started having chills. The symptoms lasted for hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich on april 5 2019 and became ill within minutes of eating. I have been vomiting, having lots of nausea, diarrhea and a low grade fever for a whole day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Dinner tasted great but at least one other person in my party had the same unpleasant experience of vomiting throughout the night. Comparing what we ate (and didn't) with other folks in the group I suspect the raw carrot garnish in my case.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered the spaghetti plate special consisting of garden salad, garlic bread and pasta with meat sauce along with blueberry cobbler for desert. I took it home, consumed it immediately and within 90 minutes was overcome with nausea, vomiting and lastly diarrhea that continues now 15 hours… See more
