(Though everything there is 5/10 at best) Ordered California roll to-go. Smelled horrible, avocado was brown - took one bite and it was soggy and stale, didn’t eat anymore but got very sick an hour later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Went there, I had the chicken salad my husband had the egg salad we both threw up all night I don’t think the food was kept to temp, 2 people went for lunch around 1pm symptoms started around 4 or 5  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

I picked up a can of beef stew I have never tried before, called Southgate beef stew...got sick...wemt to er...and found out it was food poisoning, Only I got sick...started feeling sick 30 minutes after I ate it  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I also had chills., I had a salad with double chicken and cheese around 3 pm. Shortly after, I had a bad stomachache with gas. Around 7 pm, I became very ill. It started with diarrhea followed by vomiting. I started having chills. The symptoms lasted for hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
