apple pecan chicken salad I got terrible cramps about 2 hours after eating salad then bled from rectum 3 times then diarrhea. I was diagnosed with infectious colitis which is food poisoning went 2 Annie Penn Hospital when they admitted me  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Headache
