I had a burrito bowl on may 17 at 9:30 pm. I woke up on May 18th at 6:30 am with diareah and vomiting. I then went on to have a fever and headache. In my bowl I had white rice, chicken, fajita, corn salsa, tomato salsa, sour creme, and lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Had the build your own omelet with ham cheese and peppers with homefries and toat. About 45 mintues later my stomach began to cramp severely. Diarrhea vomiting chills and a slight fever came a few mintues later. Not sure if this is food poising. I never had it before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
