I ordered the chicken lo mein around 5pm on May 17th, had stomach discomfort around 10-11pm and went to bed. Woke up at midnight and 2am with diarrhea, and woke up again at 5am projectile vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
