Large BBQ boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. Been vomiting with diarrhea for 9 hours. Was diagnosed with food poisoning and this was the only thing I had eaten that day. Got prescribed medicine and am on bed rest.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am.
