Ate a chicken cheesesteak late Friday night and woke up at 3am vomiting. Spiked a fever, continued with vomiting/diarrhea and stomach cramps. Fairly certain this food was the culprit as it tasted off and I didn't feel well after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I had a steak bowl and Guacamole with chips around 7:30pm and my symptoms started around 8:25pm. First I had severe nausea and cramps which led to vomiting and Continuous diarrhea throughout night/morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had an avocado omelet and a side of bacon at 9:45 AM on Oct. 29 and within 2 hours cramps and diarrhea started, followed by chills and fever and vomiting. I had to be admitted to Riverside Hospital Oct. 30 after going to Urgent Care.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever, Chills
