Ate half of a Holiday Melt sandwich, about 5 french fries and half of a piece of Pecan Pie. Ate this at about 7pm on 11/17/18. Became severely flushed and nauseated an hour later. Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting.
