I ate a burrito bowl on Friday for lunch around noon eastern. I had Brown Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, fajitas, queso, pico, sour cream, lettiuce, and cheese. My symptoms started at 3pm the following day. Painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. My symptoms have still persisted into Monday evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate here on Friday July 27th around 8pm. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, sour cream, cheese, and tomato salsa. I also had chips. Saturday evening I started with diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Visited Chipotle on Sawmill Road in Powell, OH at approximately 9:15 PM on Saturday, July 28. Noticed minor abdominal discomfort before bed at approximately 10:00 PM on Sunday, July 29.
