I had a chicken fajita burrito with mild and hot salsa, white rice, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner Saturday 7/28 around 7:30PM On Sunday, I had stomach ache for most of the day. By 6PM, I had a fever and diarrhea. It’s Monday and I’m still dealing with the stomach ache and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate a burrito bowl on Friday for lunch around noon eastern. I had Brown Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, fajitas, queso, pico, sour cream, lettiuce, and cheese. My symptoms started at 3pm the following day. Painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. My symptoms have still persisted into Monday evening.  | 症状: 腹泻

7 月 28 日星期六晚上 9 点 15 分左右参观了俄亥俄州鲍威尔索米尔路的 Chipotle。7 月 29 日星期日晚上 10 点左右，睡前注意到腹部有轻微不适。7月30日星期一凌晨 4:30 醒来，腹部不适和腹泻更为严重，持续到周一凌晨和下午凌晨。7 月 30 日星期一早上晚些时候出现了寒战，随后出现了狂热的感觉。
