我和我丈夫在从 zoombeezi 湾回家的路上坐在鲍威尔 chipotle。他有一个鸡肉卷饼我有一个鸡肉碗。昨晚我们俩都说过太糟糕了，没有味道，但是在公园里晒了一天之后，我们饿了，无论如何都在回家的路上吃了它。我想说的是早上中旬是腹泻开始的时候。在过去的几个小时里，胃痉挛更加痛苦。我丈夫下班回家，他告诉我他的肚子也整天都在撕裂。然后，当我滚动浏览 Facebook 时，我看到了新闻报道，昨天也有人在那里吃过饭！！

我和我丈夫都在 7 月 27 日星期五下午 5 点 15 分拿到了鸡肉碗。我吃了鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、平托豆、温和的番茄莎酱、奶酪和生菜。我在星期五晚上吃了一半的饭，周六晚上 7 点左右我开始感到胃痛。周六晚上和周日我有腹泻和严重的胃痛。到周日晚上，我感觉好些了，但是今天（星期一）我仍然偶尔会有胃痛。
我丈夫吃了鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、平托豆、温和的番茄莎酱、热莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。他星期六整天都有腹泻。

7 月 28 日晚上 9 点 15 分，我去了奇波特尔。我订购了一个装有糙米、fajitas、sofritas、西红柿、玉米和生菜的碗。我还有番茄莎莎酱的一面。我的症状从 7 月 29 日中午左右开始。我有腹泻、疼痛的胃痉挛、恶心和头痛。在接下来的几个小时里，我的症状恶化了，我不得不下班。我的痛苦一直持续到晚上。第二天我感到痛苦和发烧。

Me and my 2 kids ate there for dinner. All 3 of ya had diarrhea. My son is too young to talk but my daughter is almost 3 and told me her stomach was upset. I had severe nausea and diarrhea. This was Friday 7/27/18 around 6-7… 更多

I had a chicken fajita burrito with mild and hot salsa, white rice, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner Saturday 7/28 around 7:30PM On Sunday, I had stomach ache for most of the day.
