Ate a Turkey sandwich and roughly 4 hours later I became very ill vomiting , Diarrhea, stomach pain. Still recovering today. This happened on 07-07-2025 I bought the sandwich around 11:00 am along with 2 other sandwiches and the other parts did not get ill like me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
