I ate a chicken sandwich from Wendy's around 11:30am Friday May 11th. By 1:00am, Saturday May 12th I woke up with chills, vomiting and the runs. It was absolutely horrible! I ate a tuna salad sandwich between 1:30-2:00 pm and around 10:00 p.m., I felt horrible, bloated and nauseous. Started vomiting and within a few minutes started with diarrhea. Went on all night long. I've never been so sick! Worst night of my life. I will never eat at Jimmy Johns again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Bloating, Diarrhea
