Suspected source: Got some donuts while the stores were closing up & they were giving away the last batch they had.

No sugar fat free yougurt, I usually get this yougurt and nothing usally happens just a stomach pains that go away but this after i ate it immediatdely got pain diaherra nausea chills. The next day the symptoms are still there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

We stopped for late lunch on the 17th. An hour later we both had serious vomits and diarrhea, we are pretty sure of not having eaten anything else anywhere other that this place. We had chicken wings and pulled pork sliders.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Additional information: H. pylori infection traced back to food poisoning via steak. Resulted in surgery, extended hospital stay and long term health complications.
