Every time without fail, I get the worst diarrhea after eating at this place. This is the only location it happens at. I always get the spicy Italian with red onions, banana peppers, and lettuce with mayo. They improperly handle their food and never change condiments out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Not sure Just myself. On Tuesday, belching and feeling bloated started about an hour after eating. That night severe stomach cramps and nausea. Had Healthy Choice meal for dinner at 10:30p, woke up at 6am with severe nausea. Food was undigested, vomited twice. I believe a salad from there I had a Caesar salad wrap with chicken. Within 3 hours I was so thirsty and couldn’t drink enough. About an hour later I started with pure liquid diarrhea. That was at about 2pm when I ate and the diarrhea hasn’t stopped   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration

A couple hours after drinking one I had extremely painful stomach pains to the point where it made me nauseous and eventually made me throw up. It wasn’t like a normal throw up but it was a lot and painful. I do not recommend anyone buying these!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

A salad from here. My children and I all had steak and I was only one with salad. I was only one who got food poisoning Only I got sick out of 5. Symptoms started about 7 hours after I ate.
