Ate 1/2 small container of Panera broccoli and cheddar soup at work and started feeling nauseous and having hot flashes within 2-3 hours, followed by stomach cramp, then diarrhea, dry mouth, low back and hip pain, and finally vomiting multiple times 6 hrs into the symptoms. 19… See more

I ordered the southwest chicken salad and within 8 hours was nauseated and vomiting. This was the only thing I had to eat from lunch onward. I did not share my food therefore the rest of my family did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
